AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT IRCTC TICKET NOT GENERATED

AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT IRCTC TICKET NOT GENERATED
On 7 nov 2011 i booked my reservation through irctc site. i made the payment by SBI ATM card twice but the money has been deducted on both occasions but reservation has made for only once(for this transaction ID : 0413358637).
For transaction ID : 0413342295 there was no ticket generated but amount has been deducted from my atm card.
Money that has been deducted from my SBI account for transaction id : 0413342295 is 556/-.

In one transaction ticket has been generate and in another no ticket was generated if it was not recieved then why money was deducted from my account.
My irctc id is : nirajpal60

there are so many complaints against irctc and yet they do not bother about it.

how can i get money back??

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
