How to create IRCTC account from US?
I have previously purchased tickets via irctc from USA. But, now I am unable to log on because it asks for an Indian mobile number and a mobile verification code.
How insensitive IRCTC people are? Have we ceased to be Indians?

yes you are right - this procedure will create a lot of problem for US users - IRCTC website people should think about this
