			<title><![CDATA[Harassing service of Tata SKY(Assam) against the pre paid service tax with  ID 10]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[:@The Newly procured and installed 11 Apr 2012 Vide Tata SKY ID 1081357244/ RMN 9859357430, Digicom set is not working since three days even after locking the complaint to the local authorized service representative "Paul Electronics Nowgong (Assam). Cell:09768566107". They are ignoring the part of their service against the subscription made for the package. Quick response will be highly appreciated.<br />
Service is spell bound for the prepaid service tax taken from the customer of Tata sky has failed to provide. This has become common phenomena that customer will run around or frequently ring the customer care to get the prompt service against prepaid service tax.<br />
It has become hectic day by day some millions of user instead doing the defect promptly they are twisting the issue diplomatically and delaying unlimited. Here is a case happen with the user. The set was installed  on 11 Apr 2012 Vide Tata SKY ID 1081357244/ RMN 9859357430 by dealer and service Engineer , Paul Electronic from Kathiya Tali, District Nowgong Assam. Just one month after the set is not functioning. Also warranted service has to given by the Tatasky dealer and service engineer when the defect has intimated but unfortunately same has been delaying since one week without service. At the moment when the customers complain logged with the dealer they have switched off their mobile. Why do they twist when they come to know that has to be given free service? Thus the Customers are being preyed regularly by the TATASKY since the company setting up. This is nothing but a conspiracy of the hiding hectic service to cheat the millions customers. By declaring and advertising the pseudo service Tata sky is directly looting and fooling the millions. I request the as the customers are paying advance prepaid amount,  they are right s to have the service as punctually as they are paying in advance, but the customers are preyed and cheated by every service provider regularly. As a sincere citizen I would like to invite every customers/users to know their right to have service against the service tax paid in advance as prepaid recharging. It is my sincere request to every citizen of India to raise the Voice to stop against the open exploitation and corruption done by the Service providers directly or indirectly, which also Government of Indian Aficionados’ are also supporting as they benefited by commission of fraud service.]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Pasari Group, Kolkata Builder Turning Deaf Ears : Indraprastha Phase 3 - 35 ]]></title>

 <br />
Myself Shashi Bhushan along with my wife Annu singh Booked a flat (4A) in INDRAPRASTHA PH III ,Kolkata, builder : Pasari Group,35, Ballygunj.<br />
<br />
builder is now not replying to my queries...Kindly assist as what should be my next step.<br />
<br />
(Mr. navin is marketing manager and Sambhu Da is on site manager).<br />

Let me give a brief description of the concerned matter.<br />
 <br />
We had booked flat no 4 A in Indraprastha Ph III and during that time brickwork for the said flat was not done.<br />
 <br />
I had given some modification to be done for my flat  namely<br />
1) Open kitchen<br />
2) merging the two washroom ,making as a single common washroom and taking out a portion as wardrobe for the master bedroom<br />
3) provision of water supply and drainage for washroom in the balcony at my cost.<br />
4) Installing Indian style commode in the third washroom.<br />
 <br />
All these modification was given to Mr Navin on 19th Nov 2011 and on his instruction I made Sambhu Da understand the layout for the modification.<br />
 <br />
There wasn't any objection to the modification as other flat had gone more or less the same modifications.<br />
 <br />
I left India on 10th December 2011and came back on 29th March 2011.<br />
 <br />
Since my wife was due for baby, I didnot went on site to check the progress of the work.After returning I had spoken to Mr. Navin but considering the job to be done I didn't bothered to ask him about  the modification.<br />
 <br />
One fine day In the first week of May i spoke with Mr. Navin and Sambhu Da and came to know that My modifications for the flat was not done.When asked about the same various excuses were given in the beginning as<br />
1)Management took a decision that no more modification to be done.<br />
2)Management is facing electricity connection problems etcetc..<br />
When retaliated on the comments  Mr Navin asked me  about the modifiation to be done and at the same time he told the wardrobe part 'will' not be done now,<br />
Keeping his word and not imphasising on the wardrobe part I told him about the Kitchen part to be made open by 3 mtrs.(Kindly note I had not seen my flat during that time, I had a son who was 23 days old I had my Master's Exam on 4th May 2012 and having said the wardrobe part will not be done it's very hard to take a decision instantly).<br />

On 5th May (only a few days later) I visited the site and requested Mr Navin to merge the two washroom as Plaster wasn't done on the intermediate wall and I was ready to bear the Plumbing expenses as well during that time and also told him since too much effort will be wasted on the wardrobe part so I'll not ask you for the same.<br />
 <br />
Mr Navin didn't take interest in my matter and COMPLETELY NEGLECTED MY CALLS AND MAILS.(I have all the correspondence and I believe Mr Navin wd also be having the same,I'LL REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CHECK HIS INBOX FOR MY CORRESPONDENCE).<br />

STILL I WAS READY TO CO-OPERATE COMPLETELY ON THE MISTAKE WHICH SOMEONE ELSE HAS MADE TO ME..<br />
 <br />
I completely lost faith in Mr Navin when he started disconnecting my calls also not responding to my mails.<br />
 <br />
After a week later he replied 'now no more changes will be done.<br />
 <br />
V IMP: KINDLY NOTE HE TOLD ME TWICE ' GIVE US A CANCELLATION LETTER . WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES NOW'<br />
 <br />
THERE ARE FEW QUERRIES WHICH I'D LIKE TO KNOW FROM THE MANAGEMENT :<br />
 <br />
1. WHY DURING BRICKWORK NO MODIFICATION WAS DONE TO MY FLAT?<br />
2.WHY WASN'T I INTIMATED ABOUT THE SAME AS MODIFICATIONS WOULD NOT BE DONE?<br />
3.WITHIN A SPAN OF TWO TO THREE DAYS WHAT HAPPENED THAT WASROOM CANNOT BE MERGED ?(AS SAME WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE HAD I SAID  TWO TO THREE DAYS BACK.).<br />
   AT THE SAME TIME I DID NOT REQUEST FOR THE WARDROBE.<br />
4.WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO GIVE A CANCELLATION LETTER FOR THE FLAT?<br />
5.WHY AM I NOT GIVEN ANY CONTACT DETAILS OR EMAIL ID FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM REPEATEDLY ASKED IN MY 5-6 PREVIOUS MAILS TO Mr Navin.?<br />

I havetried to withdraw of Rs 20000 from AXIS bank ATM mcahine in a single transaction and i got the error like "limit Exceeded" and money was not received. I have raised a request with axisbank and they are saying the transaction is successfull only it is showing from Account perspective.<br />
Kindly guide me to get the mony back.<br />

  This is to inform you i called in your customer care MY NO. IS -7679689152 IN  198 (complain no.) that in am sending sms like-ptune name to 53030 but it's showing that message sending failed<br />

i called in your customer care a agent told me  that i need to write in small latter i did but same problem was persisting but after 6 hours i called again at 10.50pm Mr.Thakur received <br />

that call and said that i need to check my message center no. when he took my call i said that you can check that i can send sms to other no. only in this no. sms not going he said <br />

in siliguri temporary issue i said how much time it will take he place the call in hold and said i will raise a complain for you he came back i said raise an sr by tagging the call i told y to him i also do  works for Wipro he said that then you better know how much time it will take he has not taken the complain and said latter on i can't take it i have balance Rs. 53 and i can send sms to different no. only the caller tune service i unable to activate it please try to listen that call was AT 10.50PM ON 13/05/2012 AND TELL ME THIS is the way of taking calls that you use to say the customer that we better knows then why the hell i have to call you if i knows i just told him to do the tagging the agent name is ARVIND GUPTA <br />

I had travelled in train no. 12880 on 17/02/2012 from Bilaspur to Mumbai in A/C II compartment alongwith my wife. The compartment was very dirty and there was no arrangement to clean it even upto Mumbai!!<br />
I had made written complaint but I did not get any reply from railways till date.<br />
I would like to bring to notice that earlier We had travelled from Bilaspur to Pune on 17/01/2012 by Train no.12130 Azaad Hind Express in A/C II, and that time also I had made similar complaint in writing but got no response from Railways till date.<br />
Please suggest how to get response on these complaints.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I am a customer of Tata Sky for more than one year. And from the very first day of viewing, I detected that the sound of non-HD and HD channels breaks/distorts at regular intervals for a fraction of second. It is just like skipping of sound while playing a badly scratched audio CD. When I complained this matter to the customer service center, the technicians visited my home on multiple occasions and found my complain true. This led to the change of my Digicomp. Despite this, the problem still exists.The service persons also told that this problem can be a result of cloudy weather but this type of non-professional and lame excuses can't fool users like us.This problem occurs even on a clear sunny day. I had lodged this complain  approx 25 times to the persons availble in the customer care service and all the time they make the bad weather excuse. Sometimes they advise to change the interconnect cable but this is not the fault of cables as this problem persists on both HDMI output as well as Stereo RCA output and i am using a very good quality of both the interconnects of very reputed brands. So, this couldn't be the possible reasons. After my repeated complaints till 3 month, an engineer of Tata Sky called me and told that really there is a problem in their telecast. For which, the company who provided the up-linking/down-linking software is responsible as the software has some glitch in it. He assured me that this problem will be sorted out within one month. But now, 8 months has been passed and the outcome is zero. Today when I again called the services, they sent a technician who reported the problem to his seniors but the seniors told that there is no problem with Tata Sky and this a common problem with every DTH operator and he disconnected the phone. Now, I have decided to move to the Consumer Court against TATA SKY. So it's my advise to all the users the do not buy Tata Sky as it has the above stated problems in it. You can go for any other brands as I have surveyed myself that there is no such problem in any of the service providers except Tata Sky!!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I bought my Nokia c7 in Feb 2011. From the starting, dust particles have crawled its way below the touch screen. I took it to Revanna Nokia Care here in mysore and cleaned it. The most frustrating part is that they did this 3TIMES over the next 8 months, (took the handset and cleaned the LCD) until my warranty date had arrived, and I was swindled into taking the Nokia Care Protect which extended my warranty. In January, they took the mobile and sent it to the "Company" for 10 days. Ok, i waited for 10 days and got the handset back. They had replaced the LCD and in another week, the dust problem started again. I tell this to Nokia Care and this time the people there advise me to ADJUST with the problem. This was unacceptable so i threatened to go to higher officials and after 3 days of my argument, they take the mobile and send it to company again. Now the most frustrating part is that they took the handset for a period of 29 days, did not provide me any standby handset and finally when a replacement was provided on the 22nd March 2012, I was infuriated to see my buttons and camera panel SCRATCHED. THIS WAS NOT HOW I SUBMITTED THE MOBILE. THE WORST PART IS THAT EVEN NOW THE DUST PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. I have wasted over 1500 rupees in buying screen guards and silicone &amp; leather pouches on Nokia Care's advice just to find the problem is not solved. I really am disgusted with this phone right now. I feel cheated and abused. I hope Nokia contacts me and resolves these issues, I really don't want to waste my time taking them to consumer court,but if I have to, I will. Given the price I paid for this handset( Rs 17000) , I don't deserve to face this kind of service) I am very sad to convey that the situation has got worse. The Nokia Care here had taken my phone for "observation" and found no problem, but whereas when I took it for use, the very next day the dust problem had reappeared. I conveyed this to the branch manager and sadly, he was in a very uncooperative mood, and has ineffectively blamed me (the customer) of this problem. Clearly if you type "dust problem in nokia c7" in google, you will get around 10 websites which house the complaints of many such customers with the same problem and I think this directly implies that it is not the customer fault, but some rare manufacture defect with some particular handsets of this type. The manager even though proved wrong, has once again procrastinated justice and has delayed any action from being taken by citing that he has sent an email of "APPROVAL" for the effective replacement of my phone. Logically speaking, one of the greatest mobile giants of the world, NOKIA, WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT delay their response BY 27 DAYS. So clearly there is some malpractice going on and sadly I, as a loyal Nokia customer, am on the receiving end of an unjust action. Will Nokia higher officials take action, will Nokia officials come to the aid of a loyal Nokia customer, will Nokia officials heed the value of precious money spent on such a costly phone?? I really hope so, because this should not deteriorate the Nokia's name in the society. I took it to Revanna Nokia Care here in mysore and cleaned it. The most frustrating part is that they did this 3TIMES over the next 8 months, (took the handset and cleaned the LCD) until my warranty date had arrived, and I was swindled into taking the Nokia Care Protect which extended my warranty. In January, they took the mobile and sent it to the "Company" for 10 days. Ok, i waited for 10 days and got the handset back. They had replaced the LCD and in another week, the dust problem started again. I tell this to Nokia Care and this time the people there advise me to ADJUST with the problem. This was unacceptable so i threatened to go to higher officials and after 3 days of my argument, they take the mobile and send it to company again. Now the most frustrating part is that they took the handset for a period of 29 days, did not provide me any standby handset and finally when a replacement was provided on the 22nd March 2012, I was infuriated to see my buttons and camera panel SCRATCHED. THIS WAS NOT HOW I SUBMITTED THE MOBILE. THE WORST PART IS THAT EVEN NOW THE DUST PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. I have wasted over 1500 rupees in buying screen guards and silicone &amp; leather pouches on Nokia Care's advice just to find the problem is not solved. I really am disgusted with this phone right now. I feel cheated and abused. I hope Nokia contacts me and resolves these issues, I really don't want to waste my time taking them to consumer court,but if I have to, I will. Given the price I paid for this handset( Rs 17000) , I don't deserve to face this kind of service) I am very sad to convey that the situation has got worse. The Nokia Care here had taken my phone for "observation" and found no problem, but whereas when I took it for use, the very next day the dust problem had reappeared. I conveyed this to the branch manager and sadly, he was in a very uncooperative mood, and has ineffectively blamed me (the customer) of this problem. Clearly if you type "dust problem in nokia c7" in google, you will get around 10 websites which house the complaints of many such customers with the same problem and I think this directly implies that it is not the customer fault, but some rare manufacture defect with some particular handsets of this type. The manager even though proved wrong, has once again procrastinated justice and has delayed any action from being taken by citing that he has sent an email of "APPROVAL" for the effective replacement of my phone. Logically speaking, one of the greatest mobile giants of the world, NOKIA, WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT delay their response BY 27 DAYS. So clearly there is some malpractice going on and sadly I, as a loyal Nokia customer, am on the receiving end of an unjust action. Will Nokia higher officials take action, will Nokia officials come to the aid of a loyal Nokia customer, will Nokia officials heed the value of precious money spent on such a costly phone?? I really hope so, because this should not deteriorate the Nokia's name in the society. This is the only action we as customers can take against such unjust actions, so please, if Nokia officials have seen this, I hope some action will be taken soon.]]></content:encoded>

			<title><![CDATA[Sapna Interiors &#x26; Kitchens, Gurgaon - Fraudulent Practices]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[We are a old customer of Sapna Kitchens / Sapna Interiors 39 B, Industrial Area, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon, Phone: +91 - 124 - 2327652, 2321233. We have had good experience in past working with their manager Ashwani. This year in February, we approached them again. Were told that Ashwani has left. But another manager Lalit who we did not have good experience in past as well took over our account. We had to order wardrobes for two houses and kitchen for one. This gentleman visited our site and assured us of product as in past. At the same time, his assistant Rajesh started soliciting us for renovation civil works on the side which we were not interested in. After lot of chasing Lalit we somehow managed to get their designer Vandana to finish the designs. Which they assured would be rechecked when final site specs are obtained. Vandana was the only reason we stayed with the company this time, as she handled our order well till that point. Lalit again took over costing and quoted us 20 lacs for wardrobes for our home. We told him that was way outside the budget we gave him. After lot of hassle it was settled at 12.50 lacs with clear understanding that here after no delays and we need the works all completed by 31st March. He took 1.25 lacs as advance check from us on the 6th of March, assuring that all measurements will be done within the same week. Then we would pay another 5 lacs to complete 50% advance payment. Around 10th March we had to start chasing him again as no work or measurements were done. Two days later we complained to the owner Mr Bhutani through a mutual friend. Finally Vandana stepped in again and over next two days she finalized our specs and we made payment after Lalit assured us of delivery date by 25th March with installation by 31st March. I called him on 24th and he informed me that there is little delay so delivery would begin by 27th March, also that he would still finish by 31st March. On 26th March after much calling he sent a few items and installation work began. On 27th he informed me that we needed to make more payment and I told him first get all carcass of the wardrobes delivered and then we will. 28th March when no one showed up to deliver or fit the wardrobes, I called Mr Bhutani to seek an update. He informed me that I was lying and his manager is like his son. He had only committed on April 7th as delivery date. I asked him to check his order sheets and he asked for little time to sort out matters. In the meantime I wrote to him by sms that I am deeply offended by his charge on my honesty. At that time through mutual friend they started negotiating with my Father in Law to wait for 3 days till goods are finished as their press was broken. When the time came to deliver, they asked for payment before more product is sent. Our mutual friend assured that he stands guarantee. Sapna should be given more payment and all product would be delivered. Mr Father in Law visited their office the next morning. Delivered them a cheque of Rs 4 Lacs. They then held the delivery of goods, let alone fitting for 4 days till cheque cleared and then another two days before delivering only part of the items after many calls. This time Mr Bhutani put down the phone on my Father in Law twice, telling him to wait and not argue. On 10th March some items started fitting. But goods were not to specs. We objected and the owner's son Karan Bhutani visited us on 13th April. He assured the corrections would be done and then only the shutters would be ordered. We agreed that all carcasses would be finished in two days. But on 15th there was hardly any progress. This time Karan asked for another payment before next lot is sent. We refused and told them finished the works for carcasses and we will make next payment. We had figured out by then that these guys were all about making false commitments and then holding clients home hostage. 18th April they claimed all carcasses were done. I sent them photos and they said sorry we will not do any more work till you make balance payment. We told them we have paid 10.25 lacs already. You have hardly done any work, plus delayed our home by weeks. Plus unmeasureable harassment. Then Mr Bhutani informed us that make final payment and we will finish work, no other way. If we don't make payment  by 18th evening, he would leave country and we will have to wait till 27th April. He was lying, he travelled only on 20th night. We only wanted good finished to what we had paid already as we could not trust such a company. They felt we had no recourse and were to their mercy. We made a decision not to accept such black mail. We moved into our home on 20th April without wardrobes. We informed them that they must remove their goods which are shoddy and un finished. Plus return our money. They have no replied since. The mutual friend is extremely apologetic, but has no say with them. Sapna Kitchens AKA Sapna Kitchens are frauds and you should be careful before giving them any work. I have attached photos of work status on 18th April and that is all we got for 10.25 lacs of money. It is worthless. We have sought legal advice and will proceed against them very soon.
